You will get an order confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for me to process your order.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT FEES & TAXES YOUR ORDER MAY INCUR UPON ARRIVAL. This will cause delays, so please monitor your package through the tracking number to make sure it doesn't get abandoned at customs or sent back to me. If it does get sent back to me, please contact me so we can figure out next steps.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, except in very particular circumstances. If you find that your package gets damaged or lost in the mail, or if you have any other issues with your order, please fill out the contact form on this website, which will send an email to me with any concerns you have. I'm operating this business entirely by myself, but I'll do my best to help resolve any issues you are having. Lost packages do not include those lost due to being sent via untracked mail, or lost mail due to an incorrect delivery address.
